Service Delivery and Scheduling Policy
Faithful Beauty Esthetics serves Winter Park and surrounding neighborhoods. Appointments are scheduled online or by phone and confirmed via email. We require a 24‑hour notice for cancellations; otherwise, a 20% fee applies. Services are performed in our studio; we do not provide in‑home visits. For retail products ordered through our website, orders process within 1‑2 business days, shipped via UPS with tracking. Delivery typically occurs within 3‑5 business days in Florida. Returns on unopened, unused products are accepted within 14 days for a full refund. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours for replacement. All policies comply with Florida consumer protection laws.
